Simon-Kucher & Partners is a global strategy consulting firm with around 1,300 employees in 38 offices. Founded in 1985, the firm focuses on strategy, marketing, and pricing.

Vestra Workspace were engaged by Simon-Kucher to initially look over and advise on the suitability of their shortlisted properties. With common core values of integrity, respect, team spirit, and entrepreneurship, this led to our engagement to design and build their new Australian office at 146 Arthur St, North Sydney. With a focus on detailed joinery for the front of house and breakout area, our team created a high-end fitout while working with the relocation of a portion of their existing furniture to keep the project within budget.

    Before Christmas 2018, we gave the Vestra team an impossible deadline to meet whereby that had to finish a complete office fitout within 3 weeks (over the Christmas Break). The project was delivered on time and on budget and that is why our first call will always be the the Vestra team!!!!!!

    We had approached Vestra regarding some kitchen upgrades that we were planning in our Warner Bros office in Sydney and the team did not disappoint.     We approached Vestra as we were in need of an extensive expansion to our current offices. The work involved demolition, construction and fitout which included refurbishment of the current offices/ amenities as well as new office and breakout areas within the building. The Vestra team demonstrated a willingness right from the start to make something of the space we had to work with and the end result was great. Being a “live” office environment and, a requirement for staged works so we could continue to function we knew it was going to be a challenge but Vestra stepped up and made it happen. I would have no hesitation in involving them again in our project should the need arise.
