Columbus Capital worked with Vestra Workspace to identify their actual needs. Completing a workspace strategy the current workspace was found to be suitable to refurbish and suit the needs although the space was tight for the future.
A tenancy in the same building became available and Vestra redesigned the currently fitted space to accommodate Columbus Capital unique needs for the front of house meeting spaces and back of house office and workstations. Working in the Westfield building which includes the retail stores has challenges for work hours and services needs which were all identified early in the process to ensure the project flowed to completion of the 6 week period.
